In japan,cosplay is not popular,on the contrary many people disdain OTAKU,so I and my friends keep secret to do cosplay.It's so sad.

Wow, I'd never think of it this way! Japan seems like the homeland of this stuff!

I can understand having a bit of a bad vibe about obsessed people, but I do know very well that cosplaying does not automatically mean bad stuff. I want to do it someday myself!

To tell you the truth,I surprised to know there are many people loves Manga and Anime,also Cosplay in dA,and they has pride of being OTAKU.It's so amazing thing!

Japan is homeland of OTAKU,but cosplayers who just like me feeling ashamed and enjoy cosplay in secret.But there are increase in number of cosplayers and OTAKU in Japan recently,so we acknowledged little by little

I guess it's a funny paradox. Japan seems like such a serious country, but that's what makes a bunch of people over there want to "goof around" hehe.

I definitely approve and hope to one day cosplay myself.... and also to visit Japan myself of course!
