Description Sorry Mario... But the Princess has been transformed into a blanket. ^_^()

This was a fun project that took a good few/several months to complete, but it was totally worth it. I have been told that the little girl for whom it was made was very much excited when she got it for Christmas and loves it dearly... but I have still yet to see the pictures that my friend promised she would take of her opening it. ^_^() So ah well.

Next up... a Squirtle blanket for a friend. It'll take a very long time, though, because it's slightly over twice the size of this one, being 40 squares wide rather than just 18.

Disclaimer: Princess Peach does not belong to me, but rather to Nintendo and such.

I'm sorry, I promise that I'm not ignoring you.  I've just been busy and had my laptop die and ugh... Been a stressful couple of months.  Anywho, I'm not very versed in the lingo of fiber crafting...  They are maybe a couple inches on a given side.  It's only one circuit around the initial middle section.

.... Did that help at all? -_-

Just how many castles will she be in now, if the blankets take off?

*laughs*  Hard to say.  But they take so very long to make that I probably wouldn't be able to charge enough to really make it worth my while. :/

how long is the blanket? I've been wanting to make one, but the sprites I like are pretty big. XD

Using a standard medium weight yarn and an H size hook, this blanket was the exact size of the top of a twin mattress. As in, it covered just the top without hanging over the edges. Is that helpful at all?

Unfortunately, I do have a full time 40 hour a week job that I have to work on my crafting around. But this Princess Peach blanket took me about 5 months to make. ^_^() Why do you ask?
