Grogar stared down at the ram lamb, curled up with his mother. He had recently been born, stunted and premature. He was so small, so weak. Grogar was worried he may not last long in this world, surrounded by creatures like him. He knew he could protect him, but for how long? He sat on his hind quarters, horns glowing red. Red lighting up around the lamb, he picked him up gently; bringing him up to his face. He examined the lamb, care and confusion in his eyes. He was the Father of Monsters, how could he make something so small and… not Monster like?

Sighing and tapping his bells, a small red collar similar to his appears; a single bell with a similar design. ‘This will protect you when I am unable to,’ he thought, ‘but you will have to learn how to use it. Very soon.’

Bringing the collar to the lambs neck, he adjusted it to fit snuggly, tying it around very gently but enough so it would hold. The whole incident with Chrysalis irked him greatly, the main reason he made this collar in the first place. Fastening the collar, he stared at his lamb for a bit longer before placing him back in his original spot. He looked between the lamb and his mother Wooly Bear, still completely baffled on how he managed to get this Kirin and lamb to be his. Shaking his head, he left the room, covering the opening with a blanket to block light.

Sauntering up to his Eye, he sat behind it, overlooking his lair. Tirek, Chrysalis and Cozy Glow all in their respective, given rooms; thanks to Wooly Bear. She just had to insist they all be like roommates after he brought them here. Grumbling, he looks in his eye, waiting for the next day to come.
