Aww thanks for the compliment, as for smooth lineart, draw big, like 3000px big at 300 dpi, and zoom in a lot, be very picky about how it looks so it takes you longer than it should do, use pen tool shapes rather than drawing them to get smoother objects such as the armbands, don't settle for anything less than you are happy with, also if you use a mouse then use the pen tool for lines, serious smooth right there!

Yeah. See, I tend to do all my images at about 25 inches in at least 1 dimension, at 200-300dpi. (My mac has a tendency to act up if I have too many layers at 300dpi.) But it's the joining points...like, I sketch it out, then do another layer on top for clean lines? And I always end up with like, uneven joins in my line strokes.
Pen tool shapes?
The best lineart I did was using flash. I mean, Corel Painter 12 is better than PS or GIMP, but I guess I just need more experience.

If you are using a tablet try and make a line in one stroke, it may take a few attempts, or zoom in really close to make the joins, also 25 inches is about 7500 px which is huge so it would tax your computer more, the largest dimension on mine was 3000px which is fine for lineart I'd say, since it came out smooth enough, but yeah practice until you're happy with the result, if you have any questions just note me^^

I am a big fan of the Tekken games! Actually, Ling Xiaoyu is my favorite character! This sketch is absolutely fantastic!!!!

Thanks, yeah me too, first game I played was Tekken 2, but Tekken 3 has got to be my favourite game, just love the music and everything about it, I think Hworang would have to be my fave, although it's weird how in every game his name is pronounced differently^^

Yeah I remember those Tekken Ball games, that and Tekken force, I have played the other ones as well, I also played Tekken 5 online and got to about 2000 place in Europe^^
