It was a cold fresh night, barely any wind to disturb the grass under her feet. The moon was full and bright, giving the surrounding area a ghostly glow. The pokemon readied her blade with a soft exhale as she closed her eyes, letting herself relax as she focused on her next move. There was no one around to disturb the peace, not even the sound of wildlife. It was as if she was trying to hide. A secret dance only her and the moon would witness.

Onihime had repeated the movement many nights, perfecting her posture and skill until she knew she could achieve the desired outcome. She moved one of her legs in front of the other slowly, ready to strike. As quickly as she blinked, she sent her blade slashing through the night air, leaving a trail of blazing darkness in its wake as she cute though the night like it was tangible. A sound like nails on a blackboard could be heard as the blade of her sword arced in front of her, before the nightly slash dissipated like smoke after fireworks.

After a few seconds, everything went silent again, as if nothing happened. Onihime let a small smile escape, happy about the result.
