I imagine Luna and Celestia can both say to some degree. "We've seen it all." If you have to go rummaging around in the subconscious of your subjects you will discover all kinds of things.

I wonder what they'd think of going through someone's "defragmenting" dream.
I don't know what else to call those dreams that are so chaotic and random to the point of making no sense whatsoever. I figure they're one's brain filtering cleaning through old thoughts and memories, like the defragmentation tool on computers.

Oh you mean the kind of dream where you are floating down a purple river on a boat made out of old Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues and having lunch with Richard Nixon while penguins serve you strawberry sundaes?

Yeah, and the pro wrestlers are dancing the Macarena while you're out hunting dinosaurs in the Church parking lot with a Lego dart shooter.
Something like that....

You know...
I can't help but get the feeling that Luna and Applejack really don't like Petina that much. That expression of Luna's almost reads as 'disgust' to me, and I don't know why.
Petina's a mare with healthy appatites and a very open idea as to sex and pleasure. 'If it feels good, is wanted and enjoyed, doesn't hurt anypony (that doesn't want to sting afterwards), then why not?'
It's a shame, if I'm right... but I really hope I'm wrong. Petina deserves better'n that.

Personally, I'd save Petina's dreamscape for a hard lesson in why you don't just randomly wander around the dream realm.

"What about that shadowy place?"
"That's Petina's dream fabric. You must never go there, Applebloom."

Luna's expression in the final frame is priceless. Juxtaposed with Applebloom's innocent look just makes it even more effective.

Unfortunately Twilight’s studies had been as successful as Applebloom’s.
Okay, if read just in this post that line sounds really strange, as if doing a good job studying lucid dreaming was a bad thing.

Nots can make a big difference. Other words are more easily inferred if absent.
(And I'm sure if I added a "k" to the beginning of that first sentence, Petina would agree with me.)

In theory I guess so since Petina and I have jumped from the Angel and Knight Prime dreamscape which is in San Jose California straight to Equestria on occasion. In fact there is post about that coming up where it doesn't quite work out.

Yeah I imagined Luna having that look that mothers have when topics come up that they don't feel like discuss at that time, but they have to give some kind of answer to defuse the situation.

I would imagine Luna giving one of those infuriatingly vague zen answers.
"How much older until Ah can go in Miss Petina's dreams Princess Luna?"
"When you are old enough to understand my answer, child."

Reached the wedding? Ho-ho-ho, I am so looking forward to seeing how you, Petina, and Carousel deal with Chrysalis.
Chrysalis: "Hah! Foolish little ponies, we feed on love!"
Petina: "Really?" *Squees with glee and dives on Chyrysalis*
*Fifteen minutes later*
Chrysalis: "...and I promise I and my swarm will abandon Equestria and never, ever return but you have to SWEAR that SHE," *points a shaking hoof at Petina* "Will never, ever be allowed near us again!"
