"Welcome to Saddle Arabia! Um, I'm the genie of the lamp. What is your wish master?"One thing about having Petina as a character in your dreamscapes is that your sleep is almost never boring. A couple nights ago she spent an hour or showing me images and videos she'd assembled of anthro MLP characters 'interacting' with each other. Here we see Discord and Fluttershy exploring the many cultures of the world. Some might come into existence during Discord's imprisonment so he's very interested to learn about them.

While Discord is more appropriate to how actual Genies were depicted/written about in Persian/Arabic culture, seeing Flutters in a harem outfit definitely is grounds for forgiving ANY inaccuracy in my opinion.

There should be a follow-up switch. Discord is powerful, silly like Aladdin's genie, and sometimes mean like more traditional genies -- and he'd been trapped for a thousand years.

lol All of it. The concept seems very Discordy. I can imagine it beginning in one of those Discord flurries.. those ones where he overreacts to something, leaving a startled Fluttershy the wake. But then, the unexpected happens: she commits to the idea. It swells into something uncharacteristically methodical, so of course, to spice it up Flutters needs to be more than just an observer.
Petina can ship away. I'll pretty much ship anything that moves, so I'm game.
As for the outfit itself... on the surface it fits the scenery. Coupled with Petina's shipping and certain inclinations, it has a whole hidden tier that makes me grin.
