Let's hear it for the cute herbivorous sea mammals! They like warm shallow water, and all three species are sadly in danger of extinction. They often get hurt and killed due to the activities of humans (c'mon people they don't swim very fast, give 'em a break!), often being struck by boat propellers. Sad.
Manatees seriously need more love.
