Oft in my dreams I find her
A svelte goddess, recumbent
Amidst alabaster columns
Diaphanous silk bedcurtains rustling
Under the caliginous skies
Constellations sailing overhead
On a cloudless summer evening
Languid starlight traces her skin
Fingers of light caressing naked flesh
Stoking passion’s embers
As she and the starlight entwine
Growling, moaning, and writhing
Her back arching in passion
As she trembles and quivers
With eyes closed reflexively
Overtaken by stellar ecstasies
The starlight pulses in waves
Lapping her supple curves
Soft and inviting as moonlight
More perilous than the void
She is my dark muse
She is my special kind of madness
She is the venom burning in my veins
As my sanity begins crumbling
My entire soul is inflamed
With her
Yet how can a mortal
Grasp celestial fire
Can I satisfy a goddess
In my rude embrace
Can graceless fingers
Outdo starlight subtleties
I must first slough off
These feeble constraints
And be transmogrified
For she is calling for me
My goddess is beckoning
Lascivious eyes transfix mine
Promising pinnacles of ardor
I surrender to her summons
And I am transfigured
Beginning to burn
Brighter than
Starlight

I actually read it to her last night.... in the proper .... setting.... she actually liked it. I was kind of shocked, in a very pleasant way. The last time I posted erotic poetry she got so offended i yanked it all back down. I may even be able to do more now, but I am not in any hurry to test her limits.

I actually normally avoid erotica, written and visual. That last poem I showed you is by far the steamiest one I have ever written. I usually prefer to allude rather than spell out when it comes to that sort of thing. However, since you asked very nicely, I will consider it. I am not guaranteeing anything though. I have only ever read truly erotic works from one of my very dearest friends on here. Up until now she has been the lone exception to my rule. I give her more leeway because we really are extremely close confidants of each other so she gets special consideration.
I am not saying I absolutely won't do it. I just want you to know it is not something I take lightly. I am weird and old fashioned that way. So, maybe.

Long prose is a hard sell on this place. But you have asked very nicely, so why don't you make it a bit easier for me. You are soooooo right. I may not even read it to her.... for a while. I have gotten in huge trouble with her before for writing erotic poetry, even if it is about her (which this is not). So I know I am taking a huge risk here. The wip version of this has been sitting unfinished in my wip folder for a couple weeks, because I was so conflicted about it.
In this case i tried to keep it as ambiguous and open to interpretation as possible. Even so it is always dangerous to admit you have erotic fantasies of anyone other than your significant other, even if the dream is not a particular person. The weird thing is that irl my type is rather well know, fiery redhead, but for some reason in the dream it is a much more classic goth goddess, very pale skin, totally black hair and eyes, wicked , dangerous and perfect. It is like I have two types; the one that appeals to my good side and the dark mysterious one that entices my dark side.
Yeah. I may get in deep trouble for this one. I just loved how it came out so much that the madness overcame me and i posted it. (gulp)

It is erotic, without beeing overly reavealing -
even if my lewed mind would paint quite some pictures inspired by this poem.
Perhaps some of the artists here WILL take it indeed as an inspiration for his or her next pice!
Having different types that appeal to different sides of you is an interesting thought.
