Melancholy love
The ache of a phantom heart
Fallen petals

It's NaHaiWriMo (National Haiku Writing Month) again!
This is my first entry for the month. Yes, that means I plan to be more active again, finally.
And what better way to kick off February than with a poem on a love theme.
Granted it is a strangely bitter poem about lost love. but a love poem nonetheless.
But haven't we all been there at at least some point in our lives?
