Description As you can see I am not dead
I submit therefore I am .

Over a month has passed by and I have done nothing on my DA account.And I am the only one to blame for this. I can not by more mad on myself then I am right now.

Any way here it is. My newest submission.A classic Good versus Evil ,anthro style art.Trying out new tehniques.Still far from perfection.
Those who watch my for a longer time has probably sean that maus before.Matthew a Nobel of Claycourt.I think that this is the first time that I reveal his name.There always have to be a first time.All my anthro drawing has begone with his character.The rat figure on the right was beside on WARHAMMER strategy game system. Every time I traid to draw a barbarian like rat has always ended as skaven.Once you see those rats there is no way to put them out of yor head.Probably Brian Jacques books had a little bit of influence on my ,but this work has nothing to do with REDWALL.

Please write what you think of it(will be mosy appreciated).

(i would had add some shadows on the ground, would integrate them more to the scenery, i'd say >.<)

I am really sorry for not noticing this comment before.There must have been something wrong with my message box.

Couple of people mention those shadow as well.It was my 4th digital drawing in my life and I didint knoe eny bether...not that I know better now

The rat vs. a fencing knightly mouse? It's well drawn, and with more character details could be amazing... but I <3 rodentia, so so I <3 this.

By "more detail" I suppose I mean "more depth." Like deeper shading on the arms on the wayside from the picture, since advanced shading always makes everything look better. Also the few missing objects. A knight must have a place to wear his blades safely, so scabbards make the pic feel better, whether realized or not.

Basically what I just said in my last reply. The Skaven of Enshin, Skyre, and Pestilens- a force all lead by Thanquol raizing [I.e. burning, destroying] Redwall, and Jaques' pathetic excuse for characters, to the ground.

I need to find a way to show that this partikular fortres is Redwall stormd bz skavens .If i show only rats et the gate this will bz only a nother warhamer fan art.Do you have any idea how to show redwall ,so noubady wod haw any doubts that the miles of redwall are being slother ?

Really hard to said something on this pic. I like the clothes, gem(?) shadow.....

Perhap add shadow on the floor can be good too; or a reflexion of the characters on the floor.


I like the opposition of dark/light too.

Thanks. I tried some new technics and I think that i will stick to them ( of course it still needs some work ).I don't know what the game thing on his belt but i really wanted to draw it .
