This is a pic from a little while ago. I've always been really interested in armour. My mum has a plate with a painting of a knight in full armour and regalia on it that I've loved for such a long time! Though I'm pretty sure this is unfeasible and fantastical, amethyst is a beautiful thing for fantasy armour to be made of, no?
(Though it's a b*tch to colour lol xI)

What kind of brush did you use? And was it everal layers for the different colors? It's so puuurrdddyyy

I used a Crayon brush for the lines and a Marker brush for the colourng! As far as I remember I drew it on one layer, added a base colour scheme on a separate layer and merged them. Then I completed the picture as one layer~ :>

Maybe it would be fun to do an opal suit of armor? I think it would be interesting to experiment with iridescence.

Although the colors may have been troublesome (which they really do look troublesome, by the way), you did an absolutely beautiful job, Baru. I loved the inspiration behind it too.
