Second addition to my little Ghibli project. ^_^I really liked Howl's Moving Castle! I'd like to read the original book one day.
I had A LOT of trouble drawing this. There was a lot more to it but I ended up with a far simpler end result. I drew their bodies on paper but ended up redoing the poses and redrawing Sophie's face in SAI. 8S I find this drawing business so hard...

I think you would highly enjoy the novel, I am actually reading it currently & what's fascinating is to see the differences between what Ghibli took and left out of the film and how they pieced the plot line together so that it still remained true to the book. I think it's a very whimsical story, just like this gorgeous piece that you ought to be extremely proud of because of its brilliance and warm nature

If you haven't read the Series for Howl's Moving Castle, get to it!! They are the best books on the planet, at least if you like the movie.

There are quite a few differences between the film and the original book, but both of them are so equally fantastic that it doesn't matter.
