What was the reason for this being removed? And why hasn't this actually been deleted?

It was removed due to being fanart rather than an official image from Kubo. I decided that I wasn't comfortable with using someone's fanart as a base, so I removed access to the image.
As far as why it wasn't just taken out of my gallery, people deserved to be made aware of the fact that this base was no longer available AND if they had already dowloaded/used it, that I ask they not upload said art after that point. Obviously I wasn't going to hunt down every person who had used it prior to the decision being made, but I also didn't want anyone else using it in the future.
It's also just a motion of courtesy should the original artist ever find this base, that they are aware that I've removed access to it.
