Hi, I know in your rules that you said that it was alright to use this base without permission (but I normally like to ask anyways cause it's just the way I was raised), I'm mainly asking because I got a request and the person wanted this base for her OC, so I wanted to make sure if it was alright to use even though it's not my own OC I'm drawing.
