Here's a dude I haven't thought about in over 12 years!Waaay in the past when Pokemon Silver came out on the GameBoy Color this dude was my go to gen 2 water type with both Hydropump AND Earthquake in his arsenal along with his Immunity to electric attacks, makes him quite the competitor.
And now with the Hoenn remakes coming, time to finally start saving up for a 3DS!! HOENN CONFIRMED

I will now share with you some strategic weakness.
Get a very weak pokemon and a focus sash. Give the focus sash to the pokemon and then force it's butt to learn quick attack and endeavor. If a strong pokemon hits it, it's HP goes down to one because of the sash, endeavor brings the opponents HP down to yours, and quick attack always goes first.
