Inspired in part by Claudio Coello's 'St Catherine Dominating Emperor Maximus', Guido Reni's 'Michael the Archangel', and Luca Giordano's 'Michael the Archangel'. Lol, double-dipping for my senior show as well as a Spanish Baroque Art History assignment. While this wheel is supposed to represent the Catherine Wheel, I also wanted to represent the pagan roots of the wheel- mainly the Wheel of Fortune from Tarot. Cheers to new beginnings (:

I do wonder though, if this is finished. I'm thinking of adding more sprouts betw the spokes of the wheel, but wonder if that won't make it too cluttered. Any thoughts?
