Just a little kidlet L I made in Photoshop. He was my guinea pig for trying a few coloring things. Fairly successful, yay! He's supposed to be very young, like when W first finds him. Dont know the real backstory, yet..if there is any... Still waiting for Vol 12 + 13 to be released. Also still waiting to see the movies, but I'm holding off on all that til I finally finisht he story.Photoshop 7

This is way too adorable. I love seeing little!L pics and this really looks like how he would look as a kid. I'm writing an ongoing fic with flashbacks to l when he was little so this is giving me ideas

I want to do more baby L art. This one was just a trial. I have some cuter ones I want to do. I find him fascinating, he's my new Nuriko. My brain goes on and on about his past. My GOD I'm a dork hoor!!! I feel like I'm 15 again.... I really want to try my hand at some short doujins about him.

YES, do more art of him this young pleeeeeeeeease. When I get that feeling- like I'm 15 again- over such things, I cherish it & milk it for all I can. And, doujins about his past? His childhood past? As in.......no yaoi, just..story? Cause I'd be ALL OVER THAT.

Yeah, see, I like doujins that arent shirmpful, just back story and nice art is good with me. But alas, all you can get is shrimp (prawn, as in pr0n, as in prono...you get it). I'm not a yaoi fan, but all I can get is deh bootsecks with Light -eyerolls-. I mean, the anime is really playing that up. The manga made no such insinuations. Its not that I cant handle it, but I get sick of the fans doing ALL yaoi all the time. Tiggas pleeze. That's why I bought that MisaxL doujin. OHNOES! Opposite secks? U R KRZY!
The doujins I bought from the store arrived last night. 4 out of 5 are good, not bad! I'm used to much worse odds... Almost all of them are tripe with tripe are. I got one shrimpy one, and the rest are normal. I got one about his past that's really interesting. I so wish I could read it, cause it looks very odd...like L was experimental in his early days...like tubes and monitors and shix. Very strange. And OMG he's so cute!!!!!! -giggiddygiggidygoo!- I also got one where he gets hammered and kicks Light's ass, it's awesome. He'se all sensual looking cause he's droonk, lawl! Meanwhile whooping Light's hiney (and not in a shirimp way, for once)

I have the shrimp box, yes, but I didnt buy them because they were shrimp. I almost never buy doujins just for the nekkidness (unless the nekkidness is that hawt). I buy them for the art or for the story. It's like, if I were to go into a real pron shop to buy magazines. Id rather have a book full of just nakkid dudes hanging out... I dont want full on secks, cause I think that is sort of tasteless. Mostly. Sometimes it's fun, but Id rather have some classy nekkid-hanging-abouts. Is that classy? Hah, not really but you und'stand wht I'm sayin.
Id much rather have shrimpless doujins, but man, all the best artists do shrimp, so alas.. :\ The best DN doujins I have are not shrimpy ^_^. (but one has some that's not so bad!)

Yeeeeeeeheeess, nekki! I thought maybe this would be a scene where he's 'getting a dr's checkup' or something. At first I tried to make a basement background, like where he lived before W found him, or something. He seems like a tragic character..so..mleh. The brain makes no sense. I just want to cuddle him though, teeeeee.
