I really. REALLY. wanted to draw up LOHAC in the background, but lava. whut.

Also. In my headcanon, Dave actually does lose track of time. Not so much for the Alpha linear timeline everybody else is stuck in, but quite possibly of his own personal looped time. Rather, he forces himself to lose track of it, 'cuz consciously acknowledging it would be horrifying.
