The style is comical, and the originality of the scene's style is creative (didn't appear in the movie, but the scene occurred)
The only inaccuracy is the side of the steering wheel, the shape of the mirrors, and the lack of luggage. In the book and movie, Hedwig and Scabbers are in the backseat.
The smoke emerging from the Hogwarts Express' funnel interferes with the artwork, and even makes the actual artwork appear to be torn up. (no offense)
When it comes to the sky, try adding a sun or a few clouds for a more realistic setting (if you prefer it)
