crazy i just noticed that at 200 mm and f3.5 you got a sharp shot of a moving target -- you have skill my friend!
and to get that framing with a 200mm, you must have been standing 30 feet away

We does what we can!

And take about 8 to get one that's actually in focus! *smirk*

well if that's the case you seem to have a knack for having that one in focus to be captured at the perfect moment! That's not skill, that's talent.

absolutely. Isn't it nice to love someone so much? I am lucky to have my little sisters, and one day I hope to have a wife and kids to love so much, too. It kind of provides authentication for my life, to know that there is someone so special to me and that I enrich their life just by existing.

My little brother recently graduated from high school, and at his party there was a book that people put life quotes in, and I sat on the deck at his house out in rural Sooke, and thought about it for a while. I wrote: "As you go through life, never take your family, friends, and close relationships for granted. Even if you lose everything you own and fail in every aspiration, as long as you can reflect that someone in the world smiles when they think of you, you'll always have a reason to wake up in the morning."

she sure looks fierce! Whenever I did that on swings I'd go so high that the momentum would cease to be a smooth swing and the swing would get to the horizontal position then curl inwards a bit before dropping with a jarring jolt, and that was generally pretty scary so I stopped at that point. Especially if the swing set tries to tip over, which it actually did on a couple of those old home sets. Or, I tried to jump off, and by try I mean I looked at the ground getting alternately close then extremely far away and then dragged my feet on the ground so I'd slow down to a little wimpy swing and could bunny hop off in a state of dishonour
