his mom remarried her ex husband (who has a daughter from someone else) and
he gets abusive and manipulated the mom and sister into being abusive too
Btw , he has an older brother
anyways he and his brother get neglected and yelled at,
other than being starved they're not physically abused unless they do something wrong
and his brother snaps and murders his mom, step sister, and dad in front of him.

So his brother goes to a psych ward and he gets adopted by his moms brother (and lives w/ Ohio !)
