Okay, you guys won on the one of the snakes wrapped up -_- . This pic is after that, when they've just become mates and they want to spend some time together before basking. Little do they know that Toad is behind them...waiting to ruin the moment! Dun Dun Dunnn.That Toad is REALLY good. I used the 1997 annual for reference.

Wheee! Bat Snake! This is awesome! You're really great at drawing Toad! He looks so cheeky and cheery and Toadish! Very him ^_^ And I love the colouring technique, how everything is so colourful and the colours are so bold and fun ^_^

To think this is the only time I've done a finished Toad! LOL! I'm glad you like it so much, Calista. I've always had reason to draw so many pics of Adder and Sinuous; it's because we don't see enough of them and there's absolutly NO affection between them *glares at Steve Walker* . But thanks for faving it, Calista! It's been quite a while since I last had a faved pic!

How DARE I not tell you about my new art techniqe?
Firstly, I do the whole drawing. Then, I color the characters in colored pencil. I do the background in watercolor paint, dry and iron it (that straitens the art) and then I scan it and edit the characters and whatever background I need to on MS paint.
I'm glad you like it. Next time you visit, remind me to show you where I got Toad (on the 1997 annual).
