Description Case file report - Subject: King Tut
Received intel that Victor Goodman A.K.A. King Tut has resurfaced in Gotham after escaping from Arkham over a year ago. I tracked his last sighting to a high rise, only to find evidence of a struggle, Catwoman’s suit with no trace of Selina, a bottle of chloroform and an open safe with thousands of dollars in cash - most likely from the theft from Gotham First National last week.
From the evidence, I gathered that King Tut was behind the bank theft and spread word about his safe knowing it would attract Selina’s attention. It wasn’t till after Selina opened the safe that she realized it was a trap. She fought back, but lost when he chloroformed her, which rendered her unconscious. To which he later removed her suit.
It wasn’t till I interrogated one of Tut’s men who came back to clean up the evidence that I got a location of where he took Selina, which was an abandoned film studio outside West Gotham. Tut had obviously took over the Egyptian set and was using it as his “palace”.
When I had arrived and intervened as he was coming towards Selina, in some Egyptian outfit, that he was going to sacrifice her as a tribute to the Egyptian cat god Bastet.
After an exchange of blows, I managed to free Selina from her chains, to which she used to help me incapacitate Tut.
After giving Selina back her Cat-suit and restraining Tut for the police, we both exchange gratitude and…pleasantries before parting ways.
Later on, I received word that when the GCPD arrived at the high rise where Tut’s stolen cash was located, they found nothing but an empty safe. Apart from a note with a cat-silhouette which said “Finders keepers”.
