I think blurr is the only armada character that I like better than the original G1 namesake. Mostly because I never saw season 3 of G1 and he doesn't do much in the movie.for
man, I took a LONG time on this one...I wanted to see if I could make a real clean painting of him.
Ironically done while watching robots in disguise. o_o;; I really like the design for Optimus in it... so you may see that one tomorrow after I clean some casts.
*edit* Oh good lord, full view please. The itty bitty peice that deviant art shows totally compressed the highlights. :/

oh i hate what they did to Animated Transformers Blur! i mean SERIOUSLY!!!! they had him in there for like FOUR EPISODES before they KILLED HIM!!!!! NOT FAIR NOT FAIR NOT FAIR!
Blur and Starscream are my favorite characters. blue from Animated and Starscream from Armada to be exact

awesome work! the coloring looks fantastic, the way you reflected the colors in each other is especially great
i always thought g1 blurr was incredibly horribly annoying, so it was surprising when armada blurr wound up being sort of cool lol

haha~ that's what I thought too! About the color reflecting... that's still really hard for me, I need to do more practice to get better at it. >_< I'm glad it turned out well this time tho!

I never really liked blurr cause he looks like MetaNight from Kirby XD
And I tend to HATE the 'Rouge' characters just because of there unoriginality cause they are ALLLLWWAAAAYYYYSSS there and I have to have someone to hate thats why I /lovehate Sideways cause he was confusing and cunning and I liked starscream because he was badass but also a Dumbass CX

like the good badass guy that is in EVERY anime and or serious catroon show ._. Kinda like Sseshomaru from Inuyasha (but he was only badass but he was just TOO badass) even though I loved his Voice actor david Kaye (He played all of the Megatrons besides for G1 and now he is going to be Optimus in the transformers animated. how Ironic)
Or those characters with the ridiculously hard lives that just make you slap your forhead, that is why I like transformers they ussually step away from that XD

ahh~ I see! It's sort of the Batman syndrome. Only batman can get away with it tho. XD He was the first damn it! I think every series has that character, or has a character that turns into that. G1 has Dev/Defcom, but he only appears for a few minutes in one episode and the fans have built him up to be the tremendous badass that he is. XD;; I have to admit I'm typically a sucker for those characters, but that's because I love Batman. :3 Tis where my moniker comes from at any rate. I can see how it would be really annoying. XD

Exactly! I love batman too XD My pic drew a pic of him for me for Super Hero day where he is ripping off his underwear and there is a big censor there XD
And now as I think of it Thrust is kinda the same as blurr (not in personality) but he was there but more of a ...dumbass XD and then they made him this amazing tactician with all the asnwers 
I <3 Thrust though because in one of the episodes Megatron teases him and calls him squid head XD So like the Dork Thrust is he calls megatron a flat head and giggles like a little fangirl XD
