He was famous for playing the ocarina (not the flute as Nintendo Of America's name suggests). One day, he heard about the triforce, a golden power residing in the sacred realm, and set out to find it for himself. The triforce will grant the wish of whoever touches it. Before the flute boy (who I shall nickname Liam) or anyone got to the triforce, a gang of theives opened up a way to the sacred realm. Ganondorf, who was among them, killed all his companions in his greed and seized the triforce. when he touched the triforce, he was transformed into what his heart reflected him as. A beastly demon pig. When you enter the sacred realm, if your heart is not pure, you too will become a beast. When Liam entered the sacred realm, he was transfromed into a lion because he was brave. However, he managed to escape the sacred realm and hid in the forest.
