This one you also have done well.
The surface ATetraVS does remind me a bit on crocodile skin

Should have named it Lacoste dimension, lol. No cocodriles harmed during this Could have done it a bit better, bur they took long to render, next came out better
Thank you very much!

Lacoste dimension - You are right, it's better than a handbag.
No, no. It's ok - the slight grain does create some natural look of the surface.

It's all strange, lol. But as you pointed out, with Deao shadows it came out cool, but it didn't reflect nothing on this, so I've used SSAO wich is a bit faster too

Yes, that's strange sometimes. It happens (I still don't know under which circumstances) that Q3D columns get black if you use DEAO.
This is since M3D v18. Before it behaved like any other formula.

This is what happened and don't know why Maybe have to undust my old 1.6.9
Other chapter to the mysteries of MB...

1.7 is enuough. Many of the Q3D of my collection has been made originally with some 1.7.x version.
It's not possible to recreate them 1:1 in 1.8.x, mainly due to that effect.
Anyway. M3D remains a versatile tool.

I find out that leaving unchecked Normals on DE derives in this strange lines. Checking them again makes appear again those colums look 'solid'
At least this is what I find out on the last ones. Maybe it is like you say, in every version MB treats the image rendering a bit different.

Interesting finding, Jorge, thank you!
I'll keep this comment, and do some experiments once I have the opportunity.
