**Pendulum Effect:
You cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Helicron" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. If a face-up monster(s) is banished; draw 1. You can only use this effect of “Helicron Azure Dragon” once per turn.
**Monster Effect:
When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can add 1 “Helicron” card from your Deck to your hand. This card is unaffected by your opponent Trap Card effects during the Battle Phase only. You can banish this Tribute Summoned monster; Special Summon 1 of your banished “Helicron” Fusion monsters. You can only use 1 “Helicron Azure Dragon” effect per turn, and only once that turn.

While the monster effect is fine, I think the Pendulum effect is kinda overkill. Together with the other one, a Fusion summon is a Draw 2, and if you make the Tefnuit power play, that makes for a +3. I feel the same about the other and they should maybe be less guaranteed pluses. Perhaps one be able to somehow banish the Fusions that return to the ED to draw and then the other fetch your banished cards in some way...... Again tho, solid monster effect. Makes it stand out on its own
