Can you make something like this?


Send 1 DIVINE from your hand to your GY and if you do target 1 DIVINE monster you control its original ATK becomes equal to send monster ATK.Your opponent cannot activate any card response to this card's activation.

I really don't want to risk my self with Ra's effect and I would play Exodia instead of Slifer If I wanted to draw cards with no risk to lose.

ei por que não faz assim coloca os efeitos desse jeito nas três.
 Lightning Blast: Tribute Summon 1 "Slifer the Sky Dragon " from your hand or Deck, by Tributing 3 monsters you control. If you control "Slifer the Sky Dragon ": You can banish this card from your Graveyard;  Draw 1 card, then destroy all monsters your opponent controls whose ATK is lower than "Slifer the Sky Dragon's" ATK.
Divine Drain:  Tribute Summon 1 "The Winged Dragon of Ra " from your hand or Deck, by Tributing 3 monsters you control. It gains the combined original ATK of the Tributed monsters. If you control "The Winged Dragon of Ra ": You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Reduce the ATK of all other monsters on the field to 0, and if you do, gain 500 LP for each monster on the field.
Fist of Fury:  Tribute Summon 1 "Obelisk the Tormentor "  from your hand or Deck, by Tributing 3 monsters you control. If you control "Obelisk the Tormentor ":  You can banish this card from your Graveyard; Tribute 2 other monsters you control; inflict 4000 damage to your oponente, " Obelisk the Tormentor":  cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.
