Pendulum Effect:
Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on 1 face-up card on the field that you can place a Spell Counter on. You can remove any number of Spell Counters from the field; destroy 1 monster on the field with an ATK less than or equal to the number of counters removed x 1000. You can only use this effect of “Magical Destructor” once per turn.
Monster Effect:
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can destroy 1 other card you control or in your hand, and if you do, add 1 “Arcane” Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, if there are no Spell Counters on this card: You can discard 1 card; place 2 Spell Counters on this card, but you cannot place counters on it for the rest of this turn. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card; target 1 Spellcaster monster in your GY or Extra Deck; add that target to your hand.

Trivia:
- This card's ATK/DEF is "Magical Abductor " ATK/DEF but reversed.
