Change the colors from the industrial fan to brown and add some rusty texture over it.

Ooo, ooo! One second, the actual card's up and since you're "the master of templates" and a prominent YGO fan artist I'd like your input and opinion on the card. Any flaws, pros? If you're fine with that that is.

Ok, first of all, you can't destroy cards from hand. So change this part to Discard or Banish, whatever your prefer. I noticed that it's a refference to "Scrap Dragon"s destruction effect. Nice touch.
Its overall statuses are OK when combined with its ATK/DEF gaining effect. A nasty and annoying beater on field that also works as Shield.

I figured "destroy" didn't sound quite right. I'll just see if Bats could change it to discard later. He said he helped made improvements on the card's effects before posting such as the card's immunity in battle and card effects as well as changing what I originally had as banish to destroy, which you pointed out. :'D This card would be an excellent recipient to "7 Completed" which could help it survive the 2 turns to be unbeatable.
