Here's another vs photo and this time I took Batman from DC comics and Spiderman from Marvel. Now I was thinking about this and I was originally gonna put Batman against Ironman but I decided Spiderman would be a better choice for this match-up.
Who do you think would win?

I know, but that battle all depends on if they have time to prepare or not. In death battle Spiderman won because they had no time to learn about eachother and his spider sense proved to much for Batman. If both were given preparation time and knew more about their opponent then Batman would most likely win.
So depending on the time/event that decides who would most likely win.

I'd hate to rain on your parade, but they did actually say that if they gave Batman prep time, the same would be done for Spiderman too.
If it's any consolation though, Batman did beat Captain America.
