I'm so into these figurines. My niece has Fluttershy... And I'm down right jealous, but can't get myself to buy one... =S

Thank you for your comment! I know the custom ponies get a little expensive.....But you can try just getting one of the small toys and some sculpey to maybe create your own custom! That's what got me started!

Thank you! I'm so glad others like this! Nazegorengs work is a tough act to follow! When I first picked up a paintbrush to start the repairs and rework I could not stop my hands from shaking! For the first two days I could only work in two to three minute intervals before I had to set the piece down and walk away!

Woah you did a phenomenal job! I don't think I could have found a better owner to take on this custom and actually improve it!

Praise from you is like a drink from the gods! I show your page to all my friends who want to do custom work, and the ensuing oooh's, aaahhh's, and WOW's is wonderful! This piece presently sits by my Luna sculpt in my living room at a place of highest honor! Thank you so much for letting have this piece for such a pittance of it's true worth! (and yes I had FUN!)

I'm so thrilled you had fun. I facepalmed after I sold them, definitely was a loss for me, didn't even make back the materials hahaha. But it makes it all ok considering you got this piece ^_^.

I'm not sure what to name her yet! I had actually thought to use her as my new icon! She was an "Adoptable", so.......she is mine to name...aaaagh can't think. May have to run a naming contest? What do you think? I so very glad you like this work!

The Armor is the absolute best part of this custom. How did you treat the armor? other than the brushed on 'nick's, it looks treated with ink.

Nazegoreng originally performed a weathering with nicks and scratches both physically in the armor and then embellished those with black, silver, and a rusty orange paint. When I broke the armor at the shoulder and back near the tail I used Ethyl Cyanoacrylate (Aquarium gel superglue! not as brittle as normal super glue and allows you to fill gaps and cracks like model putty!)to repair all the damage and have a stronger structure. I replicated the paint with Citadel Boltgun metal for the base armor color then dry brushed weathering with a mix of copper and blood red. Re-embellished the gold with Citadel Shining Gold. When I first got the pony it did look like the armor had a wash of black and a coppery red. But my ham handed handling took allot of that effect away. What you see now is allot of dry brush and inlay brush works.
