People usually see a painting or drawing and say, "I thought this was a photo".Β 
I'm saying the opposite, I thought this was a very detailed drawing when I saw the thumbnail.Β 
How did you achieve that look?

Well, before I made the photo black and white, I added just a bit of HDR effect to it to brighten up some of the darker parts. Maybe that's why it resembles a drawing a little, I'm not sure.
