This is a truly stunning piece. The best I've seen in a long long time.

Another film reference: your art could also be a "re-visioning" of the final scene from the brilliant 2011 movie, TAKE SHELTER...there is a storm a 'comin...

From "The Eleventh Hour," DOCTOR WHO (11th Doc):
"You've got a crack in your wall...but it's not just any crack...it's a crack in time and space..."
Very, very nice image!

Hah! Too damn many DOCTOR fans in the world, I guess. The episode in question is the first one in which Matt Smith as the Eleventh Doctor appears. It's sweet, goofy, kind of scary...and has elements of "Winnie the Pooh" and "The Time Traveler's Wife" and even Roald Dahl's Verminous Knids (from "The Great Glass Elevator") in it.
"The Eleventh Hour" from the "new" series, Series 5, episode 1. But note: the "crack" appears as a sort of metaphysical "villain" (really, a force of nature) throughout the entire Series 5 only to be finally dealth with in an episode called, appropriately enough, "The Big Bang."
Have fun locating it. And keep an open mind. It's a goofy show...but fun.
Walk in Beauty,
Hadalis

I've tried watching it, but it's not really my type. :/ Still, I might have a look at this exact episode, just because I'm a little curious about the crack. ;d

Wow... Sometimes, in the middle of the afternoon, the clouds in eastern Kansas try to look like that...This image is both mesmerizing and impactful, with a splash of spooky and a lot of surreal! Truly the mark of a great photographer! I think my photography professor would adore you! And maybe try to recruit you into the Art Institute in Kansas City- either as a student or teacher!

Yw! I end up complimenting too much sometimes. I can tell that you've worked really hard to get as good as you are now!

Well if you superimpose an image onto another image, that is photomanipulation, not a photo.
