this looks awesome! Some things don't look realistic,like the lights on top of the mountains and the left building. it looks too bright. and

The general concept of this piece is really very nice; however, going in the detail, I'd have some criticism - going from top to bottom
The space-part is done very nice in a technical sense; my only critique on that part is the phase of the moons/planets - in reality they would have the same phase, what makes it look a bit unrealistic, at least for the astronomical-interested viewer. The buildings are done great as well.
Now for the TG-part - the POV is well-chosen, the water's a bit to busy for my taste - but that's just me. What bothers me really are the many straight lines on the terrain - so I assume either you work with the unregistered version (in that case it could help to decrease the point-spacing) or you used a small terrain for some other reasons (in that case I recommend to work with bigger terrains). Best thing would be to work with large terrain *and* decrease point-spacing.
The whole piece would win without doubt a lot with that in mind...
