The story of this illustration ia very interesting...A boy from France (poisoned greetings to these bastard ^^) asked me for design a tattoo to him. I sent him a pressupost, and he accepted, and I began to work on It. At first he would pay me once delivered work, he seemed a nice person and very fan of my work and I trusted on him. As you have already guessed, once given the work he left to answer e-mails.
I'm very angry but at least I think I learned the lesson and will watch much more to make sure the clients pay.
By the way, I hope that your tattoo get infected : D

I generally send a watermarked, small-size sample over first, then deliver the full-sized illustration once the fee's been paid.
