Late Permian of the northern Russia.Small gorgonopian Pravoslavlevia parva looks at the swollen corpse of Scutosaurus, floating in the lake and eaten by Xenacanthid sharks.

Nice choice giving us a birds-eye view for this piece, rarely seen in non-Mesozoic paleoart. I'm also a fan of the gnarly, starved, sprawling near-mammal look for Pravoslavlenia!
