Hmm... the composition is nice. Colours look pretty vivid (something I just love), and you got rid of the background nicely. The only thing to point out is the fact that it looks a bit unfocused and blurry. The way of preparing the picture is nice as well, but maybe the picture would have turned out better if you had put the ladybug in some kind of panel or table (and the camera on it, as well) and used a white background. Why? because it would have given you some more light to take the picture faster, and even.. who knows if the ladybug would have stayed still just in front of the lens Plus, white gives a nice contrast between the ladybug's red and black colours. ^^
