Well I recently found a downloadable pack which contains a fully fetish customisable fempyro. That pack contained a sphere SFM model which has the stuff to make it look like a belly. It has a belly button slider and such which is helpful! Though as it's just a sphere to begin with it don't think it'll work in GMOD. Then there's the whole porting the model over which requires some software stuff. So if you were to use this belly, I'd go with SFM.
