unfortunately I don't have a lot of day time for shooting, especially at home. Thus, no, usually I use a Lamp : (

It's not that hard to make your own studio at home I used: 1 shiny white board for the foreground then I placed the white board on a chair and placed the chair&board infront of my bedroom window a couple of meters from my white bedroom wall to get the white background all trough the photo. Then I mounted my 20D to my tripod and used a Lastolite reflector to bounce and to get a more even light on the cherry. Then I just used a Remote switch to release the shutter.

Technical info: Canon 20D, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro + 12mm Kenko Extension tubes, Manfrotto 718SHB tripod, Remote switch, Lastolite reflector, Spray-water bottle.
