i personally really like the contrast of the umbrella to all the neutral colors. and she's a great model!

Its OK, but not your best.
I would suggest getting some more sun into the shaded side of the face (by turning slightly into the sun) and warming up the whole scene (filter or PS).
I am not sure looking at the camera is best.
