In terms of outfit, she has a black leather jacket with a fur collar and has a preference for skirts and dresses, though ones with fairly long skirts that allow freedom of motion, as well as dark stockings and either sneakers or slight heels. She also wears thin-framed glasses.

The pipe she has is a key weapon to her! (She hits people with it, though she usually holds it more femininely.) An example of the way it should be drawn is here: [link] Feel free to make it fancier but it should be have a very long, slim stem. It should be lit as well.

In terms of figure and stance she is of average height and fairly curvy, though not super hugely so. She isn't that muscular. You can see her hairstyle in the picture I linked; she should have some blue highlights.
