I appreciate this fandom for its creativity and ability to uniquely adapt these ponies as individualistically as we all like but I would appreciate it if people wouldn't directly borrow stuff from my designs. Inspiration is significantly different and similarities are inevitable when working from the same base, but I tend to put a lot of work into these. My friends know I'm notorious for making a dozen palettes for each design I make so seeing my palettes get color dropped is a little discouraging to me and is honestly the main reason why I tend to dip out of this fandom for long periods of time. I do the work in looking into things that have been done uniquely with these characters so I can specifically avoid doing them. This isn't something I'm enforcing or calling artists out for, but I'd like to just openly state that I don't find it gratifying to have my ideas borrowed. Apologies again, I've never voiced this issue of mine but it's long since irked me.

Brony culture is dying which therefore means that it is time for me to resurface in the fandom. B^) THESE TOOK ME A WHILE LOL. I get a lot of enjoyment out of trying to do niche things with horse designs, but it takes my brain a while to chew on ideas. I got some plans though hehe.

My biggest aims though were likeeeeee: Unique Applejack design, literally SOMETHING different with Rainbow Dash's mane regarding both style and color, and avoiding giving Pinkie similar markings to Applejack.

For Fluttershy I have a revamped Flutterbat form in mind, I don't wanna give it away, though so I won't say much about it. Other than that I just had deers and killdeers in mind for patterns. I also wanted to maybe express her a little bit differently than her usual portrayal, possibly some shy goth vibes, bUT THAT'S FOR LATER.

Applejack's was very "We can do it" in aim. I love big buff Applejack designs but everybody does them LOL. So I tried going with buff but not Massive Chonker buff.

For Twilight and Rarity's designs I wanted to do something I've always had a weird fascination with which is like, eye color correlations to unicorn horn magic. I don't usually enjoy species headcanons (Sorry lmao) but that's one I'd commit to, which is unicorn horns having similar colorations to that of the individual's eye color. (Meaning YEAH if I get around to designing ponies like Celestia, Sunburst, Sunset Shimmer, etc. I'll likely be changing either their canon eye color or magic pigment.)

Twilight's general design I wanted to make darker and blotchy, kinda implying a more physical resemblance to Luna and potentially why Celestia was so instinctively fond of Twilight at such a young age. I also just wanted to do a funky silhouette with her hair to make it more moon-like in appearance. I still also headcanon that unnatural alicorns' enhanced limbs (Granted wings/horns) have noticeably different color schemes than that of the rest of the pony, so Twilight has bright red/orange/yellow wings. You can't see them but they're designed already lol.

I wanted to keep Rarity really simplistic since she's somewhat obsessive over her appearance and the work she puts into maintaining it. I decided to use one of my old scrapped ideas of her being an albino, so what's seen here isn't her natural mane color and darkness surrounding her eyes. She likely wears a lot of sunhats. Consequently I changed her eye color to more of a pink-purple, but it matches her element more.

My Rainbow Dash design took so much brain power, I just hate most interpretations of her character so I'm super picky over it LOL. Give me closeted egghead RD or I Sleep. I love her so much.

My main goal again with Pinkie was just to avoid similarities with Applejack, I see that SO OFTEN. I was gonna try and give her like, an additional winter coat look she'd have when residing in Yakyakistan but the colors were hurting my brain. I ended up going with a blotchy clown look for her. I also wanted to give her a browner coat for *coughs* Reasons™. Her little bands are mimicked after the ones the yaks wear in their hair and horns. uwu
