When it comes to Splatoon characters in smash most people just stop at Octoling echo fighters, but the franchise warrants more than just one original smash fighter, so why not add another villain?

I think it’d be really cool to have him whacking people with his ... whatever kind of oceanic plant/sponge that I drew him holding. There’s a lot of potential with his boss fight and beyond that a wide variety of Octo enemies to base attacks off of. I think he could be really cool.
