I'm so sorry I uploaded this so late. I just got back from a little trip and on top of that I got a little sick but here it is and it's FINALLY done.Happy (belated) 40th Birthday, Mr. Dancy.

Hello again! I'm from ProjectComment as the last player in Comment Tag and I was presented the word "blue". I picked this piece because it seems the most blue around...
First of all, this is an amazing piece, especially the chibis on his shoulders and pockets. They look adorable. Of course, the main character stands out being the most detailed.
I like how you did the main hair. It's detailed with lighting and strokes of direction. However, it doesn't look consistent all the way through (lighting?) and it could use some improvement so I guess I'll drop some tutorials:
I like the facial hair and how detailed it looks. I have no objections to that.
As for the chibi, I suggest not to line their hair all the way through with the soft, light brown.
He has really small eyes and it's hard to see what's going on in them (window to the soul), and I guess that wouldn't matter much for now... However, I think his eyes are a bit too low... (The lower the eyes, the more child-like/feminine they look).
In addition, the shading is very faint. Don't be afraid to use bolder colours! I couldn't find much of a tutorial so here's one:
Also, I like the text you've written though I think they'll look better when they're a little bit more to the right as not to connect with the white vertical line.
