This is Daredevil or better known as the Headless Horsemen's stead from Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow. Daredevil is a horse that strikes fear into many. He has a black as night coat and strongly built stature, and his rider is just as terrifying.

I choose Daredevil, because he leaves a mark on all who see him. Not necessarily a positive inspirational mark, but the opposite. He is a horse that is feared (especially around Halloween and autumn months.) Not very many horse characters are known or associated with the villain character, which has always made him stand out to me compared to many other storybook/movie horses. He's different compared to your everyday horse character.

Who doesn't like a bad guy (or in this case " Who doesn't like a bad stallion") ? Daredevil is a character I will never forget, and will always be in the back of my mind when I am taking a walk on a cold blustery autumn night.
