That looks delicious! It must have been difficult to make. Japanese cakes tend to have a finer and more delicate texture than other types of cakes.

The texture reminds me of my grandmother's pound cakes. Is it more like that or is it more tradition when eaten? Don't mind me I'm just over thinking a different take on something.

Czym się różni japoński sernik od zwykłego sernika? (Chyba, że jest to po prostu zwykły sernik, tylko stylizowany na japoński)

Pozwól, że zacytuję: "Sernik japoński nie dorównuje żadnym innym sernikom. Ma lekką, piankową konsystencję, zupełnie inną niż w tradycyjnych sernikach. No i przede wszystkim nie jest z typowego sera na serniki(...) etc.
