Alright, you told me to critique you on the following: "The design, coloring, and overall structure of the character"
I would probably go for character design overall, because that's what it is
ANYWAYS, CRITIQUING TIME >
DUUUDE, WHEN I SAW YOUR CHARACTER I FELL IN LOVE XD
She is amazing!!! and I love Danny Phantom. One of my childhood cartoons, and well she does feel like she fits in that same world as Danny.
That's the good thing, you managed to make her look like she would potentially fit in the same World as Danny.
The Colors do fit her well too; based on her bio, I can tell she is a dark person and the color scheme you used fits perfectly.
I am not sure if you know this but this is good character design, you are not only focusing on how the character looks, but how it feels too! - and honestly that's what the Pros do.
The only thing that can be troubling with the character is the over-detailed parts of her clothing. If you want to go for that cartoony / Danny Phamtom style, you gotta keep it more simplistic, especially with the top of the dress and the gloves / sleeves. My suggestion is to look at the source material and see if there are any examples of this, or you could tone down the number of lines you used in the drawing; just to keep it more simple. My piece of advice is if you keep things simple, its less distracting.
Overall, you did awesome man!!! Heck, I love your character so much that I did a quick doodle of her XD
I will give you a list of things you could do to improve:
+DRAW, DRAW, DRAW MORE!!! I tell this to everyone but its really important!
+Practice basic shapes (circles, squares, triangles); even if it seems like a no brainer, when you master these your art will improve drastically!
+If you want to go for a more advanced character design, check this article about The Shape Theory: graphicmama.com/blog/conveying…
I hope that helps and thank you for letting me Critique your drawing!!!

Thank you for the critique. I do have a tendency to give my characters too much detailing, but I can learn to balance that, making them not too detailed but not too simple. And you're right I should draw more and not let people mentally bring me down.
