Franchise: DC ComicsI decided to make some personas based off two of my favorite Batman villains. This persona you are looking at is based of the scarecrow, definitely one of my favorite villains.

I'm probably thinking the wrong game. In his design he wears a coat with a hood and his face looked kind of like a gas mask. He also had needles on his fingers. If I remember correctly he was going to release some poison to the city. Can't remember well รณvรฒ

I think you might be referring to Arkham Knight or Injustice 2. I think they gave him the needle fingers so that he resembles Freddy Kruger, Ironically Robert Englund voiced Scarecrow in Injustice 2.ย
